Brunnistöckli is a short, welcoming via ferrata that works well as a first outing in the vertical world. The route is close to the Brunni lifts, so the approach is uncomplicated and the outing stays pleasantly compact. Even so, it delivers a proper mountain-feel, with exposed sections, two suspension bridges and a final ladder crossing that adds a little thrill without turning the climb into a struggle. After the route, the Brunnihütte is only a short walk away, making this a comfortable half-day adventure in a sunny alpine setting.
