Via Ferrata Jegihorn via the Suspension Bridge
OpenK4-K5difficult to very difficult

The Jegihorn via ferrata is a long, full-day alpine route above Saas-Grund that rewards effort with big mountain scenery and a very exposed line. It starts high, near Kreuzboden, and climbs south-facing rock toward the summit, so an early start is wise and the weather should be stable. The route is known for its steel cable sections, ladders and bridge passages, including a striking suspension bridge variant. Good mountain shoes and a proper via ferrata set are essential, and the descent may still hold snow early in the season.
