Fruttli
OpenK3+moderately difficult to difficult

Fruttli is a short, airy ferrata on the Bonistock above Melchsee-Frutt, designed as a good first step into vertical terrain. The route climbs about 80 metres and is graded K3+, so it asks for sure-footedness, a head for heights, and basic ferrata equipment. The setting is open and scenic, with broad views over the Melchsee-Frutt plateau and the surrounding mountains.
The approach takes around 45 minutes from the mountain station, and the climb itself is roughly half an hour. It starts with a steeper section, passes an eye-catching rock opening, then continues across an exposed traverse before finishing on the iron ladder to the top. For the descent, you can either take the cableway back down or return on foot toward the village area.
