Via Ferrata Angelino
OpenK3moderately difficult

Monte Generoso’s Via Ferrata Angelino is a short, well-equipped ridge route that packs a surprising amount of character into little time. It starts with ladders and cables on steep ground, then narrows into a more exposed section where the crux is a short sideways traverse between two ladders. The route stays well secured throughout, but it can feel airy in places, especially on the first slightly overhanging ladder.
From the summit station area, the ferrata is easy to combine with the panorama on Monte Generoso, and the return to the top platform is straightforward. Because the west side is steep and can be awkward when wet, sure-footedness and dry conditions are important.
