It works well as a compact outing for climbers who want something a little more demanding than an easy beginner ferrata, without committing to a long mountain day. Expect a direct, engaging line that can serve as a good warm-up for harder and longer via ferratas. In Engelberg’s Brunni area, the route fits into a landscape with short access and a broad range of climbing options, so it is easy to combine with other activities if you want to make the day bigger.
