A demanding high-alpine via ferrata with a serious mountain feel, the Panorama Klettersteig Jegihorn lives up to its name. The route is long, exposed and technical in places, with ladders, anchor points and even a suspension bridge adding to the sense of adventure. It rewards steady climbers with sweeping views across the Mischabel range and other high summits. Because the approach, climb and descent all take time and energy, an early start is wise, and weather should be checked carefully before setting out.
