Via Ferrata La Videmanette 3 is the most demanding line on the west face of Le Rubli, a short but athletic route that asks for sure movement and a cool head. The opening section quickly reaches the vertical, then the route continues on exposed slabs and ledges before finishing with a more open exit to the summit. The setting is high and alpine, with broad views over the Rougemont area and the surrounding ridges. In dry summer conditions it can be a rewarding, compact outing, but a retreat once committed is not to be taken lightly.
